I thought Mourinho was very gracious
Thought we had some luck (we did) but we earnt it by hanging in there

Much more reasonable than most other top managers who would have said it was down to their mistakes or blamed refs etc
Wenger I can’t recall ever giving an opposing team credit
And Klopp blew a fuse because the officials had given his team an offside goal and the chance to score another one

It's not for that reason, for me it's the lack of pace. I like him, he's a good player, but he's no wide forward for my money. I know he did well against Leicester, but if we stick with this set up, we need more pace.

Some of those comments are comedy gold.

Everything I've read from that lot the melt downs start when we pulled one back, they knew what was coming.

I don't think Foranls will or should be dropped. It's like Anderson coming on and scoring a wonder goal, A typical overreaction by some on this forum when one player plays well od badly

Typical Mourinho post match interview. He was more of the opinion that we were lucky and Spurs unlucky so I don’t subscribe to him being anywhere near magnanimous.

The interviewer should have pressed Jose more because losing a 3-0 lead has more to it than just luck.

Spurs looked like a team of blini eating surrender monkeys by the end.

What a joke that Son interview was after the game. I thought he was going to cry as he sulked.

Has anyone ever seen a chihuahua "giving it big"?..........

Sometimes, you can just appreciate that another team has played well. It's one thing knowing what a team is going to do, another thing stopping it.

Spurs will finish in the top 4 with this season, I suspect most teams will have trouble stopping that world class forward line consistently.

"his idea of pushing Son & Berghwin high & Kane dropping between the lines caused us lots of problems early"

to be honest, it was fucking criminal that it did cause us problems. They've been playing that way for a while, and did so very publicly when they ripped the mancs apart.

Loved his passion, and hard not to like him as a bloke, but it was INEPT management I'm afraid.

To be fair to Mourinho his idea of pushing Son & Berghwin high & Kane dropping between the lines caused us lots of problems early.
We dealt with it better later helped by Kane chasing goals by playing higher.
Something to work on with Man C & Liverpool coming up

Spurs have a nice looking squad and a quality ground.

Thank fuck they have the same self entitled, turn coat, unreasonable fans who cannot laugh at themselves and totally lose their shit when things don't go their way. Its the gift that keeps on giving.

Really not sure about all the plaudits for Kane. He is certainly a very good striker and of the ball if you give him time but for England without Son beside him he is a shadow of the same player.
On the whole I don't think he is as good as he was 2-3 seasons ago. Bulked up and lost acceleration. We gave him gifts yesterday and looked surprised he was dropping deep to pick up the ball. Give any good player time and space and they will punish you.

hmmm, i think he's gone up a level, personally. What Mourinho has his doing for the team makes him look a much better all round player for me. What he did to us first half he did to the mancs the other week, drops deep, pulls people out of position, creates space for Son etc and has a load of assists this season that he never had before.

Thought his second half performance was much more like the old Kane. Playing for himself, desperate to get a hat trick rather than pass to people in better positions, shoot on sight and not doing much else. Mourinho was very decent after the game. Kane was a cunt. A moaning, mong faced cunt. Whose shit defensive header gave us the chance to score.

Looking at that fixture list, getting out of October with 7 (or more) points is about as good as anyone could have predicted. We can go into the next game with the pressure off and who knows. Seems we are giving anyone a good game at the moment!

Balbuena has to be dropped next game, he is not mobile enough, that was evident even in the Leicester game, Diop needs to return.

Did Jose explain why he decided to take the foot off the gas at 3-0 when we were there to be humiliated? His gormless fucking face after the 3rd went in was almost as beautiful a sight as Fat Frank's after Yarmo's last minute winner.

Still buzzing.

Although a small voice is telling me it was only a draw, my heart still thinks of it as a win. Or better than a win.
